Our designing process is unique to each individual client. Some clients know exactly what they want, while others come with an idea and end up with a different rug altogether. Helping advise customers is the part of the job that Kirsty (T&D founder) finds most enjoyable.

The jute rugs and Beni Ourain rugs can all be made bespoke in size, colour and pattern.

We can colour match to fabrics you may be using in a room scheme and suggest rugs we have in stock that may also work.

We liaise with our makers in Morocco on a daily basis so combined with regular sourcing trips we are always finding wonderful rugs for clients and for our website. We have several clients who send photographs of something they are looking for or simply snaps of the room that they would like suggestions for and we are happy to take on the search.

If local to the Wiltshire or London area, we can bring some suggestions to site to try them in situ for clients and designers.
And if you order online, we can organise a pick up service for rugs that aren’t suitable for a small fee that is deducted from the refund so you get to play with as many options as you like.
